We do not store your login credentials. Authentication is handled securely by Clerk, a third-party service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and share your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

The Grocery Signals service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Grocery Signals and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our prior written consent.

7.1 Service Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that:

Receipt data extraction will be 100% accurate
Deal information is current or complete
Store advertisement data is up-to-date
Price predictions are correct

You are responsible for verifying all information before making purchasing decisions.
